Shipping policy

All orders will be processed and shipped within 3-10 business days via USPS/UPS. Please note processing times DO NOT include the day you placed your order, holidays and weekends. All orders will be shipped to the address listed at checkout. If there is a delay in your order outside of my turn around time of 3-10 business days, you will receive an email from me updating you with a new estimated shipping time. At this time only will you be given the option to cancel and have your order refunded. 

Jade Rose Impressions offers flat tiered shipping rates. Shipping costs for orders totaling $24.99 and under will be a flat shipping cost of $6.50. Shipping cost for orders totaling $25.00-$49.99 will be a flat shipping cost of $9.50. Shipping cost for orders totaling $50.00-$99.99 will be a flat shipping cost of $11.50. Orders totaling $100 or more will receive free shipping. Jade Rose Impressions IS NOT responsible for delivery delays caused by the carriers (USPS, UPS etc.) and NO refunds will be issued to customers if their order is delayed by the carrier as long as Jade Rose Impressions has transferred the package to the carrier and the tracking number is showing that the package is with the carrier. 

Jade Rose Impressions has tracking information available for each and every package that is shipped. This information will be emailed to you. Please make sure to check your spam/junk folders. In the event an item is seemingly lost in transit, Jade Rose Impressions does wait 15 mailing days (from the shipment date) prior to beginning a research investigation with the mailing authority. If the package is deemed lost by the postal service itself, replacement items will be issued (please allow 7 business days for the research to take place).
Jade Rose Impressions is not liable for packages lost or stolen once the shipping authority has deemed them delivered to your address.

If the order is returned to Jade Rose Impressions marked as "incorrect address" by the shipping authority, and it was shipped to the address you provided, you will be responsible for the cost to have the items reshipped out. You must provide an updated (correct) mailing address prior to reshipment.

If you need a guaranteed delivery date, please contact Jade Rose Impressions prior to ordering. Additional fees may apply.

If items are damaged in transit, Jade Rose Impressions will replace items as long as the broken item and original packaging (including box) are kept in order for a claim to be placed through USPS.
